calling from local balance

Dear management,

You should change the rules of calling, we should not buy any bundle for calling to any network. It should be simple and easy like other networks.

You must take action and change ur rules. Why do we have to buy any bundle for calling ?

If we have one riyal, we are supposed to call normally to any network like others they allow. 

Please focus on this matter, Many customers not joining Jawwy because of this issue.

Meanwhile, we have only a bundle that contains a local call for all carriers and even 9200 service calls. And it's so cheap dear.
