biometric registration

Hi ... if I transfer from STC to Jawwy, will I receive the new Jawwy sim with biometric registration done. Or I will have to go to jawwy store to complete the biometric registration.

Furthermore I couldn't found any store even in Jeddah where biometric registration could be done for Jawwy sim.
I live in Turaif, Northern Province.
