So I have 3 numbers sharing a plan, of which one number got migrated to jawwy 2.0
Ever since I have to recharge in both places. And I am tired of this nonsense.
It's been 4 months of waiting. One of the staff had previously mentioned I would be compensated after making a duplicate recharge on both Sims I just have to contact customer service, however no one has responded to my compensation requests every month. Gross betrayal.
I have now decided to migrate to anothersrrvice provider aftwr making a formal complaint with citc.
Any suggestions on whom to Migrate to, or how I cna migrate to jawwy 2.0 on my other 2 Sims?
