I bought a new sim today but when im trying to make a call it says that my phone is disconnected due to non payment.How can this happen when i bought a new sim today.kindly please help on this matter..
Sim was ported from zain

Hi SB7,

 

     Thank you for choosing Jawwy from STC community, regarding your post we have checked the system, and we found that you transfer your number to Jawwy from STC service, and you received it yesterday, we would like to tell you that transferring take up to 4 working days from the day you received your SIM. 

And you will receive SMS from the old operator telling you that your number has been transferred peacefully.
