Hi, My SIM is deactivate on 19-Aug-2023.
I have been trying to Activate through Url:=https://dc.jawwy.sa/customer-fingerprint-update
I do it many more times, but it is not activating. giving message
Re-Authentication is unsuccessful, Please retry or reach out toCustomer carein case of any support needed
i try to contact customer-care, but nobody is take caring.
if any body knows please help me.
