Not get plan with new sim

I purchased new Sim 0540641174 when i used it with my old devise and old account i did not get new plan with this sim that is 10GB 100 mints or more can solve this problem please.

I can see in the system that the 10 GB + 100 min will be renewed on 06/21 kindly make sure to have 60 SAR in your account before the offer end to renew the offer automatically.
