I have ordered 1 sim cards from jawwy (09-JAN-2019) and recieved it on ( 13th JAN 2019 ) . The mobile numbers are from STC transfered to Jawwy.That time acitivated and working the sim but name and mail was not mine i installed jawwy app and check that name and mail was cleared not mine unfortunatley my subscriber was deleted that time first time i was purchased - 70SAR (5gb +5gb +500Mins) but i was not used completly .
I have ordered 1 sim cards from jawwy (29 - Jan- 2019) and received it on (04th - FEB - 2019) The mobile numbers are from STC transfered to Jawwy. Since I received the jawwy sim , the STC numbers are not working. second time i was purchased - 70SAR (5gb +5gb +500Mins) but still i am not using .
My new sim was not working , my old jawwy receiving calls only ,
Note: Both the sims were purchased for 70 SAR with the 10GB data and 500 min calling. Also recieved a SMS on 1 of the sim which says "welcome to Jawwy .... " while the other did not receive any SMS
I have tried dailing 123 on both the sims. The sim with 4G network says "welcome to STC .... " while the other disconnects as soon as 123 is dailed ....
Since the numbers are still not active, i cannot use my mobile's for calling.
Please help solving the issue at the earliest as it's affecting my work aswell ...
