Jawwy app not working when roaming

I notice that when I am outside Saudi, while roaming, the jawwy app does not work, even if I am connected to Wi-Fi network.

Hi,

I faced the same issue while i was out side KSA. However, (1) I connected by Wi-Fi to my friend network by hotspot (using STC network) and I abled to open Jawwy application then charged or bought the plan, OR (2) let someone has Jawwy number recharge you device using your number, OR (3) access your profile on Jawwy by browser using your email.

This seems to be a common issue, but you can only access the Jawwy app then on mobile network (not wifi). So will need to ensure the sim has connected to a partner network of Jawwy in the country you are in (for UAE it was Du and Etisalat). Then you enable roaming and open the app. My sim card had no credit, no mins and no data, and I was able to open the app, so the app doesnt use your credit it seems. 

From the app, I was able to recharge my sim card via credit card/apple pay, although it did take a few goes.
