Jawwy app not working when roaming

I notice that when I am outside Saudi, while roaming, the jawwy app does not work, even if I am connected to Wi-Fi network.

To use Jawwy app while roaming please make sure that you are connecting to the preferred network and open Jawwy SIM data and try.

but I don't want to use data while roaming to avoid charges... it shouls work while o wifi or if I am connected to roaming network but without opening the data...

Hi, I use jawwy sim. Now, i am in roaming for the past 2.5 months. I'm unable to view or activate my plans through jawwy app.  How long the sim will be active during roaming, if i m doing an online recharge through net banking every month?
