I am in a full signal area.. calls are working fine... account shows all data available..
Also i cant see any 4g logo or any other..
Help me in this

We are so sorry for the inconvenience that we caused to you @Kashif.
Try those steps and tell us if it works with you:
1- Delete the app and re-download it again.
2- Call 123 to update the SIM on the system.
3- Clear cache and data for Jawwy app.
After that try to login with your account on Jawwy app , then try to call and to use the Data.
If you still facing the same issue contact us as soon as possible to raise your issue to IT team so they can solve your issue.

hi nora,
still no internet.. same issue..
calls are working fine from the start, there is only issue with the internet.. it simply does not connect.
Chatting with the Customer Support is also of no use.
solve it asap
