Internet not working

First few days my internet was worked, after that i did not recieve 4G signal. Now i am recieving 3G signal but internet is not working. Why this happened, everyone have this problem. I think Jawwy service failed badly.

I can see in the system that your SIM is not activated yet, Kindly following these steps to activate your SIM
Activation through Jawwy app:
- Turn off your Wi-Fi and use Jawwy data. if you are using Dual SIM device, please use Jawwy SIM in the main slot and disable the 2nd SIM
- Download Jawwy app from play store.
- Login with your account on the app.
If it didn't work, please try to activate your SIM through Jawwy portal:
- Log in to Jawwy portal with your account: Jawwy.sa
- Click here to go to activation page directly.
- Fill the box with your jawwy number and the IMEI for your device. and you can find your IMEI by dialling *#06# .
if you face any issue while activating the SIM kindly provide us the error message that appear to you on Jawwy app and portal:
- Call 123 and confirm if you hear the voice message from Jawwy
- Did you receive the welcome message from Jawwy with SIM number

After entering IMEI number etc its give me reply that (your phone number is used by another account)

Ones you start using Jawwy SIM you will receive welcome SMS form Jawwy with SIM number and activation steps:How do I get started?
If you already have activated SIM you can find your number under device click on properties
then choose device.
I can see in the system that you have a SIM activated under this account if you still facing the same error don't hesitate to contact us through support page (live Chat and Email) or social media channels Facebook and Twitter.
