I tried to login in with app and brower to jawwy but i can sign in to browser but i cannot activate my sim it shows eroor message ( sign up error : an exception occured during proces)

I tried with all browser available with jawwy but still cant , i am trying this from 3 days but I cannot activate my sim
After multiple request with jawwy support team they are giving diff suggestions but every suggestion tried still cant
Please help me out as i am not using any sim card i paid
