I can't make calls from my phone, what should I do?

Asalamolakium sir, I am facing a big problem ever since I changed my plan to 80 sat, 10 GB and 500 minutes, I am unable to make calls, it gets disconnected with in no time I tried but failed, also no sawa helpline. Plz solve my problem. Thanks
