We are sorry about the issue you had. You can directly terminate your number through the app by following the below steps:
1. Open the Jawwy app, tap “More”.
2. Scroll down to Device, tap your number.
3. Select “Terminate Number” from the shown list.
4. You will be redirected to the website to complete your request by filling in your National ID/Iqama and the number you want to terminate, and tap “SEND CODE”.
5. Enter the code* you received, and a termination confirmation page will open.
6. You have the option to fill in an alternate mobile number to receive a confirmation SMS, and tap “CONFIRM TERMINATION”.
7. The termination request has been confirmed** and it will be processed immediately.
*If you enter an incorrect/expired code, you can tap “SEND AGAIN” to receive a new code.
**If the termination fails, you can either try again or raise your request to us through the “Please contact customer care” option found at the bottom of the Termination Form.
