I went to MY PLAN to check my main balance.  But when you Log In , into the Jawwy app the browser in the app does not work and is stuck perpetually. Is there any other way to check a balance ?  Such a big hassle just to check your own balance ? Is there no Code for this ?

I was asked by your useless Call Center to put the Jawwy SIM into Slot 1 of my phone and i did so, but, i could not find my Main balance anywhere. This has been just a horrible experience for me Jawwy.
