Can't recharge from. Last 2 weeks

I have a 20 Sar in my wallet and want to recharge my number with 70 Sar.
I want to recharge using saddad but I could not recharge.
Also steps given on site how to recharge are not provided with proper data as what to put on saddad ID and the password. And further how to proceed with bank.
Need immediate help
