Balance Deducted

Hello.... Please help me yesterday I was recharge my voucheres totally have 161 Riyal then activated the 150 Riyal Pakage (1500 minutes, 10 GB Internet and Unlimited Social Data) but now didn't show the balance and can't do the calling service also haven't internet access..... Thanks
