4G calls on jawwy doesn't work

i have a phone that support 4G , internet data is working fine on 4G but only the calls it transfers to 3G !!! (i've been facing this issue since the start of 2020)

Thank you for contacting Jawwy from stc

If you mean Volte, it is not available at the moment, so, for now, it's normal if the 4G doesn't work while in a call
