1 GB free national data is not activated

I recieved SMS to confirm that I have 1 GB free data every month and will be automatically activated with my monthly plan, but till now I didn't recieve any free Data balance .. Please advise

Regarding your query, we have checked the system and we found that you haven't renewed your base plan, that's why you didn't get the Ahlan offer, which is 1GB for general using and 2GB for youtube.

To get the offer for the next month, make sure to have an active base plan before 02/02/17.
