Kindly follow the below points:
1- Try the SIM on another device and check if the internet is working.
2- Delete Jawwy app and download it again, log in to the app then check the internet again.
3- If you are using two SIM's device try to take out one and leave one then try the data.
4- log into the app, and try to change the allowance between your SIMs.
