Can't activate the SIM

Dear Jawwy,
I purchased and recevived my sim yesterday but problem is that sim is not activated even I have completed my thoumb, please solve my issue. My order number is 200234174986194.

My accoumudation is in Fadhili, and here is not possible to go out jubail for sim registration so kindly give me another solution.

I have contact with SAMS (shipping Person Mr. Zeeshan) he told me there is no showing for finger print and he told me ask the Jawwy please re-issue and send the mail to sams.
Kindly give the reply as soon as possible or re-issue me new sim for use.
