my sim card is not delivered

Dear Sir,

My order number is 200234142869757 and i have recieved the message on 18-Sep-2017)that it will be delivered Immediatly. A number (0555335055), name of driver ( Mr. Ali Al Shehri( was also been recieved by SMS and when I tried to call then line is busy.

I have send my location to the driver in whatsapp and he replied that Sim is not with him. 

Could you pls help me to recieve the sim and pls advice how to activate it upon reciept.
