Hi Azzam,
This has been noticed that the couerier company without contacting they register this words on their tracking " NO RESPONSE -- Exception Registered " & Also we got mail from Jawwy says "we've tried to deliver your order today but couldn't reach you".
This needs to be check with couerier company , that why they recording without contacting the customer.
