Can I auto-renew my plans?

My internet pack did not renew
And there i received a massage that i don't have balance to renew it
But i read the conditions there was not written that we must have balance to renew it
It's the cheating

On 23 October 2018 I recharge 100 sar my jawwy account for new monthly plan after recharging app was showing my new plan will be start after current package expires I lost 100 riyal credit but they didn't give me my new plan it totally fraud.
