I bought a new iPhone, how can I transfer my e-sim from my old iPhone to a new iPhone? I have already contacted customer service using my Facebook account. They sent me a link but I can order a new physical sim with that link. I don't need a new physical SIM I want an e-sim replacement but there is no such option on their website. Can anybody help me. Thanks.
