You can do it all by yourself, in real time. You’ll never need to worry about running out of services or losing the services you may not have used. You can manage your flexible plan either by upgrading or downgrading it following the below simple steps:
1) Launch the app and tap "Manage" found on the same line as My Flexible plan under "My Plan".
2) You will see your current consumption of your existing flexible plan, select the options you want to upgrade/downgrade to.
3) Tap "SELECT" to review the new plan and tap "CONFIRM ORDER" to complete the transaction.
