Resolved! Not able to activate my new physical sim

I recently bought a physical sim and I’m unable to activate it.I have tried self activation several times and it is unsuccessful after nafath acceptance.Have tried to reach the support via phone (not answered), chat support (didn’t respond).

I had recharge today but plan is not serving on 0556024162 this number is suspended tell me way to serving or share plan

Deactivated my sim car

hi all in my iqama there is 3 jawwy sim is activated, some one missusing my iqama, so i need your help to deactivate my iqama, how can i do it
