Dear Jawwy,
Please carify if you guys cannot deliver my new SIM CARD, If not atleast send information that you cannot deliver the services you offer on your online advertising ADS., Please let me know if i should cancel it or no.
By the way thanking you again for your unpleasant performance.

My first email to Jawwy, Dated 8th of this month.
It was 5 days since i order my new sim, Nov 6th, but until now no one is contacting me, Please let me know if your product is still valid? or just just for ADS only. If this the way your good company handle the new customer... How about the old client that have facinig other problem it will take months to accomodate?
