Sudden stoppage of sim card network

Hello team,

I got my Jawwy sim from the Dammam airport on the 09/03/2024 with my passport as ID.

It suddenly stopped working on 28/03/2024. The sim card seems to be blocked and I am unable to fix it from my end. 

Request help to rectify the issue. Please help.
