Add ons data not working

I get 1+4 GB ADD ONS on my number 539289852 by recharging total of 40 Riyals. But i can't use that . Please resolve this as soon as possible

All Jawwy new passes are useless. I was using Jawwy sim as my data sim with 1 GB national data addon with 4 GB free data. But now all the addons are gone and what we got in replacement now are these Jawwy's new passes which are useless for me if these are useless for you also please comment. 

Now if I want to use data on Jawwy sim, I have to build a base plan in which I have to spend atleast 10 SR for calling minutes which I don't need and also the data rates are increased compaired to the previous rates.

And still they are saying Jawwy is a prepaid sim.............

What do you think Jawwy is a postpaid sim or prepaid sim?
