You are welcome to the family dear, changing your plan will be as soon as possible for SAWA numbers, and for stc postpaid numbers, it takes up to 2 working days from the successful authentication (From Sunday to Thursday).
And to activate Jawwy SIM, you need to follow those easy steps:
1) Select the appropriate size of our all-in-one SIM (full size/micro/nano) and insert it into your device.
2) You’ll receive a welcome SMS with the link to download our Jawwy app, or you can directly download it from the App Store or the Play Store for your iOS or Android device.
3) Enable the Jawwy mobile data, download and install the app.
4) Open the app, it will be automatically activated so you can start using your line (Make sure to turn off WiFi and use Jawwy mobile data only).
Remember, if your device doesn't support the app, you can still activate the SIM through your account on Jawwy website jawwy.sa
