WiFi not available

I bought my Jawwy 70 sim couple of days ago from Tareeq Hizam branch in Madinah Munawwarah. Problem is that there is no STCWiFi signals available here, despite I particularly asked the seller about WiFi signals available in my area(Hayyur Rabwah). But there are no WiFi signals available. If WiFi doesn't work, Jawwy sim is useless for me. Although, data subscription is working well.
Kindly, respond me & solve my problem. Thanks.

The supported access point is “STCwifi” only.

The Wi-Fi pass will give you unlimited monthly to access more than 10,000 STCwifi access points kingdom-wide.
