I have bought an eSIM with 230SAR package. Unfortunately, my device does not support eSIM. I have contacted customer care to return the money. But they did not agree. They suggested replacing eSIM with a physical SIM. I have already ordered a physical SIM. My question is once I replace eSIM with a physical SIM, will I get back my money in the physical SIM? Or, will give the same package? When validity will start?
