Sim usage in internet router

I would like to know (confirm), if we could use internet subscriptions on calling sim, through a STC/Generic router. For example, can is use my Jawwy plus 25/50/110 subscription data through a router, with my regular calling sim as data sim for instance.

Ofcourse generic routers i.e. service provider independent routers are required in here. But as Jawwy works on STC network, can a STC specific router support Jawwy connect (Data).
