Sim is uncomptaible

i got a new sim card and i cant activate it from my app or from the website it says ''sim card is uncompatible'' and when i try to use it on the site it says it send an opt code but i dont get anything

i oreder a new sim with my old number and my old number's sim is still working does that have anything to do with it help please
