STC-JC Spam Blocking

Dear Jawwy team,

I have been receiving some urgent calls/SMS from UAE, OMAN and Turkey for my work related matters.

But these calls and SMSs are auto blocked by Jawwy/STC. I get a notification from "STC-JC" informing about the call/SMS being blocked. I have tried to reach STC on 900 regarding this matter but didnt get anyone to talk to. Please help me on this matter.

Hello everyone.. 

there is no action taken on my below request.. and am still having my calls blocked from outside KSA.

The only option i have now is to port out of Jawwy now if no action is taken on this matter.

Regretting my choice to join Jawwy unfortunately
