sometimes i dont have any signals or very low signals that Jawwy logo disappears from phone.

I am sorry for what happened with you. Network interruptions can occur for a number of reasons such as being underground or in buildings with steel frames and concrete or areas between high walls and thick buildings.

• How many signal bars reflecting on your device ?
• Are you facing this issue indoor or outdoor ?
• Did you try your SIM on different device ?
