Hello @joyful
Please follow the steps below to fix the app issue:
- Open your device settings.
- Tap Apps & notifications.
- Tap Jawwy from STC.
- Tap Clear data. If you don't see "Clear data" tap manage space.
- Delete Jawwy from STC app.
- Turn off your device.
- Remove any other SIM in the device, Have only Jawwy SIM in slot 1.
- Turn on your device.
- Download the app again using Jawwy’s SIM cellular data.
