I want to transfer from mobily to Jawwy esim. I have completed all the steps of adding the package and selecting the option to the same number successfully.
However on the next page validate your information it is coming with the error ''Contact number can't be the same as purchased number''
My registered number under my ID is the same number I am transferring from Mobily to Jawwy. This is the only number I have. I dont know what else to do?
Please could you help me pass this error to complete the order?
