Jawwy SIM Update Iqama (Biometric Validation Fingerprint Update) -Re-Authentication is unsuccessful

HI,

I am using Jawwy SIM since 5 years. Suddenly got message to authenticate my SIM on Iqama. While trying to authenticate using https://dc.jawwy.sa/customer-fingerprint-update.

Its throwing error Re-Authentication is unsuccessful, Please retry or reach out to Customer Care 

Please help to solve the issue.

Only the are asking me my iqama mobile nationality ticket mo etc multiple times no solution till now

I am also facing same issue contacting jawwy customer service but they are saying your number is active.

when I try to update its always this error :

Failed to Re-Authenticate . Please try again or contact customer service if you need any help
