Jawwy 1.0 to Jawwy 2.0

I had a Jawwy sim and recently migrated one more sim from other network to Jawwy in order to share plans but I have been told that you can't because one sim is on Jawwy 1.0 another is on Jawwy 2.0, Any one knows how to upgrade sim from Jawwy 1.0 to 2.0, or any timeline

You have to migrate jawwy 1 sim to another service provider and once the nee sim activated you can back to jawwy. When you back the new sim will be under jawwy 2

I too face this issue.
Last year took 2 Sims, it was jawwy 1.0. This year took 1 Sim and instead of it coming under same account, they gave me jawwy 2.0

Give me solution for having all three Sims under 1 account please.
Also, what's the difference between jawwy 1 and 2?
Same price of Sim, same plan prices.

I know that jawwy 1 sums are registered under postpaid hence you can have more than 4 Sims under your account,I believe upto 8.
Meanwhile as prepaid you can have a max of 4.

I want to have my Sims migrated to 1 account. I donot know which jawwy is best for me as, there is no information between the two on website.
Is it same for jawwy 2.?

I have closed my Jawwy 1.0 sim and migrated to other network, talked to Jawwy Customer Service several time, till yet they don't have any solution, and they keep saying, Jawwy 1.0 will be migrated to Jawwy 2.0, I waited for almost 5 months and gave up !

Dear our new experience is now established and all the new sim are under Jawwy 2.0. you can enjoy the benefit of adding 3 numbers in the same account and all must be from Jawwy 2.0 to share the limited benefit between numbers in the account.

Please be aware that currently, the new SIMs purchased from the new digital experience can only work with the new Jawwy 2.0 app version, while the old SIMs/eSIMs purchased previously will only work with the old app version.
