I need to keep my mobility number so when I order jawwy sim I put option keep my old number and today I got Jawwy sim from courier and when I insert the SIM card shows no service and my old Mobily sim is still active . There is one acknowledge form I received from jawwy should I do anything with this or it will automatically move to jawwy Network ???
