Dear Jawwy Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a few concerns regarding my recent experience with Jawwy and to seek a resolution for an ongoing issue.

Live Chat Issue: I attempted to use the live chat feature on your platform, but it appears to be non-functional. This has made it difficult to seek immediate assistance, and I kindly request you to look into this matter to ensure better customer support. Need for Dedicated Jawwy Stores: I strongly recommend establishing dedicated Jawwy stores instead of relying solely on STC stores. My experience at three different STC stores in Dammam has been disappointing, as the staff displayed a lack of care and professionalism toward Jawwy customers. A dedicated Jawwy store would significantly enhance the customer experience and ensure that Jawwy users receive the attention and service they deserve.

Issue with Jawwy SIM for Existing Number: Here are the details of my issue:

Requested Mobile Number already registered with STC and Absher

Order Number: 7007001000001974785

I placed an order for a Jawwy SIM with the above-mentioned mobile number. The delivery agent informed me that since the number is registered in Absher, I would need to visit an STC store to complete the process. However, when I visited the STC store near Shatea Mall, I was told that they could not provide this service. As a result, I had to purchase a Jawwy SIM with a different number.

Carrying two SIMs is inconvenient for me, and I urgently need a Jawwy SIM for my existing number

Could you please provide a solution to this issue?

Dear Jawwy Team,

i have 2 jawwy numbers which me and my family use, since few weeks the calls started going to voicemail when unanswered i could deactivate it but im unable to deactivate it my family's number.

immediate resolution would be appreciated.
