Can't activate the SIM

I transferred my number from Zain to Jawwy. Yesterday my Zain Sim deactivated and jawwy activated but not working. It's showing 3g connection. I cannot make calls. I cannot receive calls
No internet.
Since morning just chatting with jawwy useless robot chat. No proper help yet.
