- Check if you are in an area with good coverage and able to make outgoing calls
- Check if your “Mobile Data” or “Cellular Data” is on.
On iOS
- Tap Settings, and then Cellular.
- Make sure the “Cellular Data” is ON,
Now, you have to check if your “Mobile Networks” is enabled.
- On an iOS device, scroll to the end of the page and tap Reset Settings.
- This action pulls information from your SIM card, and the page should now display the Jawwy APN. Tap on it to enable your service.
On Android
- Tap Settings. Check if “Mobile data” is on.
- Go to Settings>Tethering & networks>Mobile Networks, tap Access point names to see the settings for configuring your internet.
- Tap on the circle at the end of the name of your mobile service provider to enable it. Choose the option that has the word internet.
- If your network is missing from the list, you should reset your device.
- To reset your Android device, tap on the icon with three dots or three lines at the top right or bottom of the page of the APN page. Tap Reset to default.
- Put the SIM in the first slot if the device supports Dual SIM.
If the problem persists, please register a complaint with the error message (if any).
