It is really strange that JAWWY doesnt have a customer care nmber.
How come you expect to make business and have satisfied customers without having a personal customer care number.
Customer needs to get in touch with the support team, whenever he faces any problem or have quiery.
It is wierd, the customer everytime needs to have internet conncetion to chat with you or post email.
Would you review your customer care support channels and include customer care hotlines.
