Although I'm a big fan of Jawwy and its services, unfortunately, some of the promotions are kind of ambiguous. Here are two frustrating examples:
In this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qd5AsAul1D8) you are talking about returning data and call minutes as credit in my account balance, but when I asked the support representative he told me that I will only get that if I paid for the 50 GB (for example) and used less than 20 GB of it (so, if I used 30 GB then I will not get any of my money back).
Another video is this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-F3xpdZcXI) indicating that the customer will get free access to social media when he activates a package of 50SR or more, but the support rep told me that free social media use only comes with the 150SR deal (and he didn't give any explanation about it or about that Jawwy ad)
I hope that you maintain your transparency, as this will strengthen our trust (your customers) in you as a company!
