First of all 80% of saudi population dont know about jawwy and A few of the foreigner only know about it. Jawwy must need to improve its marketing strategies as well as the customer support. Before a year I had scratched a voucher ultimate and can't do recharge from it.. I file complains to jawwy customer support up to almost 3-4 months.. But no solution and at last i have to quit.

Your most welcome mohammad. But about my loss before a year or more. The card i purchased costs me around 50 riyal and plus vat? Still i am texting the support team and not resolved yet.
