I have one jawwwy sim and my mobile has been stolen with sim, so i requested and got a replacment sim for same number, since i get new replacement sim i am facing sim activation issue, i got my new sim 1 week ago and from that time i am reporting this issue to jawwy customer support via facebook and jawwwy chat. First they asked me to wait 48 hours for my first ticket adn i received one email that issue is reolvedn and your team closed my ticekt without my confimation, When i checked my new sim issue stil perissts and immediately i contacted jawwy customer support via facebook chat to re--open my same ticket and fix it urgnely. But they said they cannot re-open my tivcket and they are opening  a new one and you have to wait another 48 hours to fix my issue which is too bad and totally not acceptable.

So pleaase help me urgenlty to get my old number back from jawwy or arrange a new replacement sim with old number
